Ms. Mihm conducts and participates in a variety of geologic investigations including the interpretation of groundwater systems, groundwater contamination, soil contamination, and water-supply. Her experience includes collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing geologic, hydrogeologic, and geochemical data to develop conceptual models of local and regional flow systems; assess the extent and potential impacts of groundwater contamination, to develop remediation schemes and groundwater flow and transport models; and to evaluate the effects of groundwater development on groundwater quality and supply. Ms. Mihm also compiles, manages, and interprets geologic data using geologic software such as Rockworks and EnviroInsite to develop 3D geologic interpretations and site conceptual models.
