Mr. Hayes is an accomplished software developer with extensive experience in a variety of programming languages and platforms. He has the ability to execute both design and implementation of software applications. His expertise includes web-based interactive tool development, desktop applications, and map-based user interfaces in support of water resources, engineering, and remediation projects.

Mr. Hayes developed a web version of SSP&A’s GroundWater Desktop (GWD), a commercial software program for three-dimensional (3D) visualization and analysis of groundwater models and environmental data, to allow users to view files generated in the desktop version.
