Ms. Ni is an experienced Project Management Professional (accredited through PMI) and Program Manager with over 12 years of experience at the largest environmental cleanup project in the United States (Hanford Site, Washington), with a breadth of knowledge and skills that enable effective engagement with multi-disciplinary teams, management, clients and regulators. She has proven performance as the project manager responsible for delivering multiple technical projects and incentivized contract scope. She has a demonstrated technical understanding of complex regulatory requirements under Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), and Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (AEA); and the ability to implement compliance programs based on complex requirements.
