Ms. Shannon’s project experience includes groundwater hydrology, hydrocarbon resource evaluation, shallow geophysics, inorganic geochemistry, environmental site assessment, and modeling to support remedial design. She is an active member of the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC) team for Environmental Data Management Best Practices, which is currently developing a suite of tools and guidelines for the management of environmental data.

Ms. Shannon is adept in the development and maintenance of databases and the evaluation of spatial and time series data. She regularly works with ArcMap GIS, SQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Python, and R-Statistical Language. She has been involved in the design, testing, and technical support of geologic modeling software, and has developed applications for geochemical modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
