SSP&A provided expert services for four legal matters related to PFAS contamination in the Alabama River system in Georgia and Alabama.

SSP&A was retained by Sparton Technology, Inc., to assist in the development of a remedial plan, litigation support, and negotiations with federal, state, county and city regulatory authorities for its Former Coors Road facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

SSP&A was initially retained to evaluate the fate and transport of CrVI (from historical plating activities) and the effectiveness of a combined strategy of in-situ and ex-situ remedies.

The State of Minnesota selected SSP&A to provide expert services for a natural resources damage lawsuit related to impacts to groundwater and surface water from releases of PFAS from the 3M manufacturing facility in Cottage Grove, MN.
